Enlarged and funnel-shaped excavation of right optic disc with hyperplastic glial tissues in the central disc, peripapillary pigment abnormality, multiple anomalous straight vessels radiating circumferentially from the optic disc, inferior serous retinal detachment from 3 to 9 o'clock.
